Our students are lucky enough to go beyond the class room. We do take students for trip like to Mysore, Coorg & other nearby places of Bangalore. Administration visits are entertained for final year BSc(N) and MSc(N) students. Apart from this one day educational visits are also scheduled according to syllabus requirements.

Water Purification Plant Visit - 2025

      The visit aimed to enhance students’ understanding of safe water supply systems, purification techniques, and their importance in preventing water-borne diseases. Students observed the stages of water purification, including sedimentation, filtration, chlorination, and distribution processes. This hands-on exposure helped them relate theoretical knowledge to real-life applications in public health and community hygiene. The visit emphasized the nurse’s role in promoting safe drinking water and environmental health awareness.

Sewage Treatment Plant Visit - 2025

      The visit aimed to provide students with practical knowledge about waste management, environmental sanitation, and the role of public health in disease prevention. Students observed various stages of sewage treatment, including collection, filtration, and recycling processes, gaining valuable insights into environmental hygiene and pollution control. The experience enhanced their understanding of the connection between sanitation, health, and sustainable community living.
